Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States.

Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.95. Orders of $100 or more receive FREE standard shipping.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items
Personalized, monogrammed, and special-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended production time will be noted on the product page.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Bless Your Heart is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
